The plastic division of our group operates with about 30 ultramodern injection presses, with a power from 22 to 1000 tons in closure strength, for a injectable weight from a few grams to several kilos:
- Injection of small and medium mass-productions

- Injection on metal moulding
- Over moulding on braids, webbings, elastics…
- Bi-injection
- Painting
- Assembling
All those presses are fitted with the best available complementary equipment, as well as specific automatic machines for over moulding (big quantities).
The entry in the group of two units, a mould producer and a template control producer which both integrate a Research and Design Department, enables us to answer to our customers’ request very promptly, whatever the product, in offering a complete service from the study to the tool completion, as well as the trial pieces, eventual adjustments, and finally to the production of the plastic pieces.
